Cenway Technology Co., Ltd is a subsidiary of Beijing Tsinghua Industrial Development Institute.

Beijing Tsinghua Industrial Development Institute is a legal entity which is established and managed by both Beijing municipal government and Tsinghua University. Under the control of company boards, the dean assumes overall responsibility for the work of Beijing Tsinghua Industrial Development Institute. In addition, Mr Guo jinlong, Beijing city mayor, acts as the president; Academician Gu binglin, the president of Tsinghua University, acts as the vice president and Mr Dai youyuan, the deputy secretary-general of Tsinghua University, acts as the dean.
