our terms for 2011are fixed and we can not change it as following :

1-payment terms: transferable LC

2-performance bond : 1% only

3- no over price

4 - we can not pay commission for brokers because the factory not accept to pay this commission. because we are direct seller.and we work with factory,s terms only. and as you know the factory not pay any commissions.

5- we work CIF only and we have not FOB.

6- if the buyer accept our soft offer with our procedure please send ICPO + BCL to me to our company,s name

7- your ICPO must include our procedures

our procedure is fixed and we can not change it because this procedure for our factory and this factory not accept to change it.

8- after I get your ICPO + BCL..i will send DRAFT CONTRACT to you.
