Cariboo Central Interior Poultry Producers (CCIPPA) project intends to create economic diversification in communities by developing the poultry and rabbit sectors. A mobile abattoir has been in full production for a number of weeks. This initiative generates income that has the potential to support other mentoring and administrative services. Training and support services will be provided throughout the fall with the intent of engaging more farmers in the poultry and rabbit sectors.
