We specialize in weight loss, muscle imbalances, healthy living and sports performance. We train on a 5 level system, beginning with functional training. Functional training is foundational training specifically targeting proper technique, muscle imbalances and muscle memory. Which in turn forms the foundation to a more vigorous workout. Every client is designed a personal training program based on their Free Initial Evaluation. Workouts begin with 60 minute sessions and as you progress - move to 30 minutes sessions with cardio work on your own in our studio. This saves you time and money. We offer nutritional guidance, grocery tours, teachings in regards to reading food labels, and the 'Healthiest Meal of the Day' SHAKEOLOGY!
