Construction of the winery was completed in two stages over 1992 to 1993 and in 1999. Today, the building houses the tasting room, the production facility, and the administration offices. The concept of the design for the tasting room was in part to capture the beautiful setting around it. Large windows and vaulted ceilings offer plenty of natural light throughout the day. The tasting room was also designed to be able to offer a more intimate tasting experience for the guest.

The production facility incorporates several "rooms", all of which are temperature controlled to ensure the integrity of the wine. All aspects of wine-making are completed in the building: from crush, to fermentation, to barrel aging, and finally to bottling and labeling are handled in the winery.
