Blooms originated from the back of my Dodge colt in the early 80's. I moved back to Pittsburgh when my father got ill and started a business in my parent's home. I moved from New York City, where I supplier flowers to client's home, I thought, why not try that in Pittsburgh? I moved to my first retail location on East Carson street, an exotic paradise hidden in the antiquity of Pittsburgh's South Side. After growing out of two retail locations, we moved into a 4000 square foot warehouse on a dead end street. 15 years later, we've packed up and moved to Pittsburgh's Strip District.
