Harvest Notes

The 2011 vintage was a classic one for sparkling wine. Cool days and cold nights in September led to solid acids and pronounced fruit development in the grapes. This was true for all three varieties used in this blend: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc.
