Harvest Notes

The 2012 Syrah was harvested from two vineyard blocks located in Oliver and Osoyoos. Syrah is a late ripening variety in the Okanagan Valley. In 2012 the majority of the Syrah was harvested on October 26, 2012. The grapes had begun to shrivel on the vines; this raisining effect concentrates flavours and aromas in the resulting wine.
