We have developed and patented a unique technology to remove the walnut shell. Using this technology we have designed and built up a fundamentally new device for removing the shell of the walnuts.This new professional device provides the highest percentage of intact halves of a walnut – from 60% to 80% and can process more than 2,000 tons of inshell walnuts per year. 2) The walnut calibrator It allows you to calibrate the nut with an accuracy of 1 mm. 3) Vibration table It allows us to remove the residuals of shell after sawing the walnuts for the obtaining most purified kernels. 4) Belt conveyors for cleaning and sorting of walnut kernels They allows us to to make the final manual cleaning of walnut kernels. Subsequently we assorts the shelled walnuts by color and separates them into different sizes. 5) SORTEX With color sorting (Sorteks) sort kernels by structure and color.
