When it comes to polyurethane foam packaging, our motto is simple: use and re-use.

For example, a shipping box with a foam liner can be used more than once in a variety of ways: to return the product, to send an item on to another destination or for storage purposes. Ultimately, it can also then be recycled into another foam product known as rebond.

With our wide variety of foam products and specialized equipment, we can produce an array of packaging products in varying colours, types, firmness and with custom sizes for specific needs – even specialized electronic packaging with anti-static foam.

Our packaging products, along with all of our foam products, are free of CFCs and PBDEs, with water or CO2 used for blowing agents. Some grades of foam feature natural vegetable-based polyols, and our glue is a non-toxic, permanent, water-based adhesive that has Greenguard Indoor Air Quality Certification.
