Our company started with a recipe and a dream. My Great Uncle, while serving in the Italian Campaign during WWII, met a Red Cross nurse who was living with an Italian family. Upon returning to the states after the war, the couple were married and my great aunt brought the recipe book from her Italian host family with her to the states. These recipe's are authentic and unique with amazing flavor. We are a small company with a great product looking to expand.
