Harbin, Heilongjiang | Derun Biomass Cogeneration Project

The project is the Northeast base project of China Resources Group, with a total of 12 CSTR reactors built. The design uses a single dry yellow straw as fermentation raw material, and the TS is greater than 80%, including 50% of corn and rice straw. The project is constructed in two phases, each phase is 4MW, the design daily consumption of straw is 260 tons, the daily methane gas is 8000m³, and the daily electricity generation is more than 160,000 kwh. The project adopts hydrophilic reactor to pretreat the dry yellow straw to obtain more efficient material gas yield.
