Manure Biogas Plant
Managing manure on expansive farms, particularly those housing cattle, chickens, and pigs, poses significant challenges. However, employing anaerobic fermentation for manure treatment offers a solution, yielding biogas energy while addressing the environmental concerns associated with manure pollution. The resulting solid digestate can be repurposed as organic fertilizer, effectively closing the loop by reintroducing nutrients to farmland. This approach not only tackles the issue of waste management but also contributes to sustainable agricultural practices by converting waste into valuable resources for both energy and soil enrichment.
YHR Manure Treatment Biogas Projects
Wuhan Project
The Wuhan Project is a manure treatment initiative for Wuhan City's COFCO pig breeding base. Anaerobic fermentation of green energy biogas is produced using COFCO pig breeding base manure as a raw material. With a capacity of 2MW and an output of 20,00m ·/d, the biogas is used to generate electricity.
Guangdong Project (1000m³/d, 650m³/d, 270m³/d, 22300m³/d, 800m³/d)
Because of the anaerobic process, a small amount of biogas will be produced during the treatment of wastewater from cattle and poultry. By collecting and using this portion of the biogas, livestock farms can use it as a small source of heat and electricity.
Types of Organic Waste Processed In Manure Treatment Sewage Biogas Plants
Manure treatment bio dung gas plants can process a variety of organic waste materials, including animal manure (from livestock such as cows, pigs, and poultry), agricultural residues (such as crop residues and straw), food waste (from households, restaurants, and food processing industries), and organic industrial waste.
