A limited quantity of biogas is extracted from the processing of agricultural sewage, subsequently integrated into a compact biogas initiative. This biogas serves multiple purposes within the farm, either by generating electricity for internal consumption or acting as a primary heat source. Hubei Project
The Wuhan Project is a waste management endeavor aimed at COFCO's pig breeding base in Wuhan City. It employs anaerobic fermentation to produce eco-friendly biogas from the base's manure. With a 2MW capacity and daily output of 20,000m³, the biogas powers electricity generation.
Guangdong Project (1000m³/d, 650m³/d, 270m³/d, 22300m³/d, 800m³/d)
Because of the anaerobic process, a small amount of biogas will be produced during the treatment of wastewater from cattle and poultry. By collecting and using this portion of the biogas, livestock farms can use it as a small source of heat and electricity.

Feedstock Collection
Collect organic waste materials such as kitchen food scraps, animal manure, agricultural residues (like straw or corn stalks), or sewage sludge. Then ensure the materials are free from non-biodegradable items like plastic or metal.
Digester Setup
Construct a digester, which can be a simple container or tank made of materials like concrete, plastic, or metal. Ensure the digester is airtight to create anaerobic (without oxygen) conditions necessary for the digestion process. Size the digester appropriately based on the amount of feedstock you have and the expected biogas production.
Feedstock Loading
Load the organic waste materials into the digester. Aim for a balanced mix of carbon-rich and nitrogen-rich materials for optimal biogas production. Consider chopping or shredding larger materials to increase surface area and accelerate decomposition.
Anaerobic Digestion
Allow the microorganisms naturally present in the organic waste (or inoculate the digester with a starter culture) to break down the materials in the absence of oxygen. Microorganisms will produce biogas (mainly methane and carbon dioxide) as they digest the organic matter. This process typically takes several days to weeks, depending on factors such as temperature, feedstock composition, and digester design.
