Large Scale Biogas Production Project

Biogas can be produced by treating manure in large farms or treating straw, napier grass and other crop straws. The big biogas output is more than 10,000 m³ per day, which can be used for power generation or purified into natural gas. The generated solid digeatate can be used to make organic fertilizer, forming an agricultural ecological cycle.

Huaian Project

The project uses paddy straw, livestock and poultry manure, and other raw materials to produce 40000 m³ of biogas per day. The biogas is then purified into natural gas and solid digestate, which is used to make organic fertilizer.

The project produces biogas in the amount of 30,000 m³ per day, which is then purified to natural gas for sale. The primary raw material is manure from neighboring large-scale farms, to which paddy straw is added as an auxiliary raw material.

Organic Materials Used In A Large Scale Biogas Plant

The biogas project utilizes a diverse array of organic materials, sourced from agricultural residues, animal manure, sewage wastewaters, integration crops, and the organic fraction of municipal waste collected from various sources. Agricultural residues encompass leftover materials from crop harvests such as corn stover, wheat straw, and sugarcane bagasse. Additionally, animal manure, often mixed with bedding materials like straw or sawdust, contributes to the feedstock. Sewage wastewaters provide another valuable input, alongside integration crops specifically cultivated for energy production. Furthermore, the organic fraction of municipal waste, gathered from households, institutions, and industries, enriches the feedstock blend, ensuring efficient biogas production.
