The differential thermal analyzer investigates the correlation between sample temperature and its diverse physical and chemical properties. Equipped with microcomputer capabilities, the DTA series differential calorimeter enables qualitative analysis of substances, encompassing identification, composition, thermal parameter determination, and purity assessment. DTA analysis aids in discerning whether thermal effects arise from physical or chemical processes and delves into phenomena such as phase transition, decomposition, combination, resolution, solidification, crystallization, evaporation, and sublimation in substances.

The furnace is automatically raised and lowered with accurate positioning, which improves the repeatability of measurement.

Atmosphere control system use the flow controller (MFC), which can automatically switch the gas with a stable flow rate in the process of experiment, with high precision, good repeatability and fast response. (The atmosphere control system resistant to various corrosive gases can be customized.)

All measurement processes is automatically completed and plotted. Special data processing includes DTA peak area and thermal enthalpy calculation, kinetic parameter calculation, data comparison, multiple algorithms to calculate activation energy and glass transition temperature, comparison method to measure specific heat, etc.
