BDK Architects were established in 1985 and today have a reputation for professionalism and innovation. We are well known for their medium to large scale projects such as Jersey Archive, Le Coie Housing and St Brelade's Bay Hotel, but also provide top class expertise on smaller doemstic projects of all sizes.

One of our particular attributes is our unrivalled expertise in producing 3 dimensional building modelling at the concept / planning stages of a project. We design and draw buildings using state of the art CAD technology, not as two-dimensional drawings. This gives us the ability to produce lifelike virtual reality three-dimensional images of your project before any work is done on site. You will be able to appreciate the finished appearance as the earliest design stage and this provides a powerful tool in assisting Planners, Committee’s and the general public’s understanding of how the project will look. They are very persuasive!

We are probably better known for large scale projects but are also committed to providing the same first rate, personal service, for domestic projects – whether it is a completely new house, an extension, a conversion, or a simple alteration.

We bring a complete engagement with the wider issues of making a project happen, providing credibility. Our Service not only includes architecture, but also extends to include Public and Political issues of a project. We are used to “standing up and being counted” for a project, having been involved with various public consultation procedures.
