B&C Credit Solutions utilizes the law when we restore your credit. How we do this is from the Fair Credit Reporting Act. This law was put in place on October 26, 1970. It is government legislation to promote the accuracy, fairness, and privacy of consumer information contained in the files of consumer reporting agency’s (credit bureaus). Also B&C specializes in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. What this means for our consumers is that it provides an avenue for disputing and obtaining validation of debt information in order to ensure the information’s accuracy.
