We are the longest running bootcamp in the San Fernando Valley, having assisted hundreds, if not thousands, of individuals overcome obstacles that have kept them from achieving their fitness goals.
Each session lasts 3 weeks long and includes (9) 75-minute workouts, each specifically designed to improve overall strength, balance, speed, agility and coordination. Each workout is unique and builds on the last, so attendance is imperative to success. This just one of the "life skill" lessons also taught at bootcamp.
This program also incorporates a comprehensive food plan designed for weight loss, recipes, food journal, a "No-No Food List", a BYBC T-shirt, Dog Tags & MORE!
With a 90% retention rate and a 100% success rate and a 0% injury rate, it's no wonder we have been named #1!
