Quality Control

To manage our quality, we use the best fabrics and inputs depending upon the buyer's Requirements. In our factory we have a Three-stage system to ensure good quality of our products. Fabric is physically checked before it is cut. Then at each point of fabrication we have supervisors to inspect the quality of stitching. Again at finishing stage the products are inspected before being packed in P.P Bags Corrugated boxes.

Nappas: In Sheep, goat, cow, in resin finish, semi-analine finish, drum dyed waxy finish.

Nubucks: In cow buff, oily finish, oily pull ups.

Dry Milled: In cow, with resin finish, drum dyed waxy finish.

Dry Milled: In cow with resin- finish, drum dyed waxy finish, ruboff ( used look ) finish, washed finish

Suedes: In goat with semi- chrome finish

Splits: In cow and Italian calf.

Infrastructure

Within a short span of time, the organisation has not only successfully managed the technical, regulatory and financial complexity of the leather market but also set a benchmark for growth and success. The factory has 50 machines and the comapny has a capacity of manufacturing 3000 garments per month.
