We are available to assist other origin & cause experts as a specialty-resource with our certified accelerant detection K-9. Ignitable liquid residues may be present at a fire scene for several days or even weeks after a fire.

Unlike electronic hydrocarbon detectors ("sniffers"), these K-9s have the ability to discriminate between pyrolysis products normally found at a fire scene and pyrolysis products that contain an ignitable liquid, both of which contain hydrocarbons.
