Our company teamed up with Hefei University of Technology and spent three years developing a new generation of energy-saving grinding balls. This grinding ball has been used in many mines and cement plants. By changing the melting temperature, adjusting the trace content, and changing the temperature of the heat treatment zone with our steel ball grinding machine, compared with ordinary high-chromium grinding balls, it shows better performance and lower breakage. There is almost no loss of roundness and deformation, and the ball consumption is lower. The hardness of the surface and core of this type of energy-saving grinding ball is almost zero.
