This process entails preheating uncured rubber in a chamber, then injecting it into a closed, heated mold. It is often used for electrometric keypads and the interior dashboard assembly in cars and trucks. We operate over 30 molding presses ranging from 80 to 850 ton capability and shot sizes from 3.4 oz. to over 30 oz., with tolerances as tight as ±.005”. We can produce products that require 85 oz injection molded machines that have a maximum output size of 2400g.
