Dawn Baines is the manager of the practice and she has lived in Alvaston all her life and she has worked with us since 1997 (the first 10 years at our Oakwood practice). Gill also lives locally, has worked with us for 5 years this year and together they aim to give all customers a great service. At Alvaston Opticians you get the opportunity of having your eyes looked after by the same optician (Laura Young, Tom Jackson or Liz Jackson) each time you come, simply ask for this great service when you book. If you’re glasses need any adjustment, please call in anytime to let us look at them for you, no appointment needed. We’re also taking New Patients at the moment so if you know anyone who needs a test, new glasses or just has a concern with their eyes, give them our number (571642), they don’t need to register or tell their last optician if they want to be seen by us in the future.
