Due to its diuretic feature, nettle could help to reduce and balance the blood pressure. Nettle could help the controlling of the blood sugar by stimulating the pancreas on the one hand, and decreasing the glucose by linking the glucose in the blood to itself on the other hand.

Nettle might be helpful in protection from cancer. It could be used as a supplement to the treatment of people with cancer. It could also be used as a support against going to the toilet in order to urinate frequently at night (nocturia), to clean the bladder, dissolve kidney stones, and as a supplement against the benign prostatic hyperplasia. It could help to relieve the pains of gout and rheumatism, against eczema, to heal the incisions and burns, to downsize the hemorrhoid, and increase the breast milk.

Note: It could cause loss of mineral and water if used for long periods and alone. Using during menopause is not recommended.
