What is Selank?

The specific sequence of the Selank peptide is Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly-Pro (TKPRPGP). This sequence is designed to mimic the actions of tuftsin, which is involved in immune regulation and possesses anxiolytic properties. Selank has been extensively studied for its potential therapeutic effects, including improvements in anxiety and depression symptoms, enhancement of memory and cognition, and the promotion of a sense of calmness.[4][1]
