ADELCO was established in 1934. In 1948 a large division was added for the manufacture of pharmaceuticals and later for toiletry cosmetics.

The production of modern Pharmaceutical Specialities and toiletry cosmetics represents today by far the most important activity of ADELCO. The company produces annually about four million items of about fifty pharmaceutical products , branded generics and unique combinations in various pharmacotechnical forms, which cover a wide therapeutic spectrum . Specializing in Central Nervous System (Anti-anxiety, antidepressants), Cardiovascular and Folic Acid and also more than 200,000 pieces of toiletry cosmetics for different uses.

A part of the manufactured products is exported to countries of Africa, Eastern Europe and to the Middle Far East.

All of ADELCO's products are fully guaranteed for their quality, hygiene and high standard of safety.

The company is located on its own modern private production facilities of 20.000 square meters and employs 65 specialised persons as well as a very organised team of agents all over Greece and Internationally.

For the marketing and distribution of its products the company has developed a large distribution network and collaborates with international business houses in the pharmaceutical industry in the area of diagnostics, hospital products and health and toiletry cosmetic products in general.
