Federal Government regulations require that almost all packaged foods products have nutrition labeling--Nutrition Facts,
Ingredients, and Allergens. Similarily, recent additions to the regulations will require less comprehensive nutrition labeling
for the menu selections at many restaurant and food service outlets.
The primary activity of my business is developing the needed nutrition labeling. It is done using recipe information coupled with a computer data base of the nutrition analysis of food ingredients.
I have a B.S. in Dairy Technology, an M.S. in Food Science, and am a member of the American Dietetic Association.
Besides nutrition labeling I prepare nutrition related marketing materials and offer assistance in formulating healthful foods.
