3231 Creatives is a place that enlivens the spirit of the Everett region, engaging participants in self-expression and community learning in fun and imaginative ways. It provides artisans and other community stakeholders a place to collaborate, create and generate positive social change by educating and encouraging local small business development and providing activities that support a vibrant community. It serves as a working model of a collaborative social innovation. Members design, develop and engage in socially innovative enterprises that benefit themselves and community members of all ages.
