DVAI proposes Cut Items in Stainless Steel and Aluminium by the technologies of laser cutting, water jet cutting, high precision plasma cutting, underwater plasma cutting and saw cutting.

As well as the provision of Bevelling, Bending, Rolling, Machining and Welding of our Industrial cutting items.

DVAI is also the specialist of the Dish Heads manufacturing. DVAI manufactures according the NFE81100, torispherical and semi elliptical dish heads with the additional provision of polishing and the cutting of holes for openings.

DVAI’s innovating park machine and equipment added to a permanent stock, regularly renewed, of more than 1000 tonnes, allow us to launch quickly the manufacturing of your orders. This stock is constituted of plates from Certified European Mills and it offers up to 8 stainless steel different grades (304L - 316L - 321 - 316Ti - UB6 - 310 S - UR45N - UR35N).

All the plates are identified by their Certificate 3.1 according to EN10028-7 and ASME SA240/ASTM A240.

The plates answer to the requisitions of DESP and the French CODAP for under pressure vessels.

Our certification ISO 9001 references DVAI in traditional sectors (machine manufacturers, civil engineering and food and beverage industry) and in more demanding sectors of activity (the nuclear energy industry, petrochemical industry, or the renewable energy industries).
