ZTM was established in 1985, and designed and made measuring and control circuits based on various microprocessors, according to customer specifications.

We have designed logic hardware and have written MPU control software and/or PC control software, made models, prototypes and short series.

Modules can either operate as standalone or communicate to a PC as a directly connected to LPT ports or via IrDA, RS232C, USB 2.0. The GSM technology was also used to communicate and send warnings or poll the devices.

Few year ago, we decided to migrate to the signal processing technology and to use Digital Signal Processors. We wanted to use those fast and low-power micro-processors to build powerful portable image processing devices with:

- CCD and/or CMOS image sensors, Contac Image Sensors.

- semiconductor fingerprint sensor,

- smell recognition devices also known as electronic nose.

Currently we write the software using the state-of-art methods known in pattern recognition and image processing technology to apply them in meat quality control.

IM-03 Opto-scanner

A new model of meat quality meter, IM-03 based on DSP image technology, is currently use in several countries.

IM-03 allow to determinate a percentage ratio between meat and other carcass parts like fat, bones, etc. Apparatus is designeted to use in hog slaughterhouses.

Our market share is estimated at about 40%.
