Yunnan Shaoxin Electric Power Device Co., Ltd. was established in 1996 with total registered capital of 50 million RMB. The total area is 150,000 square meters, and there are 580 skilled workers in the company. Our products cover transmission towers, communication towers, microwave towers, substation structures, iron accessories and other steel structures. Our maximum production ability is 80,000 tons per year.

Our factory has 13 automatic production lines and 2 environmentally friendly galvanization lines and other production equipment. We adopt advanced Xerofox Tower-Manufacturing Assistant, a computerized lofting and drawing software, which ensures accuracy and efficiency of lofting and quality product. We also have the world-class Electron Paramagnetic Resonance optimizing the management of the manufacturing. Except for the production equipment, we are well equipped with testing facility, for instance, sonigauge, X-ray diagnostic machine, ultrasonic flaw detector. All of the above ensures the entire materials and components meet the demand of our customers. Our Quality Control Department carries out strict and standard management which guarantees the quality of our products.

Our company has obtained certificates of ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System, ISO14001:2004 Environment System and 28001-2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Other certificates awarded to us include production licenses for 750KV power transmission line towers and telecommunication towers.

Our products have wide domestic market and are recognized as qualified supplier of the China State Grid and China Southern Power Grid. Every year, we provide our customers with tens of thousands of quality towers.
