Enameled Aluminium Winding Wire
产品说明
Enameled Aluminium Winding Wire
Enameled aluminum wire is an electromagnetic wire mainly made of electrical pure aluminum as the conductor material, and coated with a layer of insulating paint film on its surface. Electrical pure aluminum, with a purity usually above 99.95%, has a relatively low density (about 2.7E3 kg/M3), is lighter than copper, but has slightly lower conductivity than copper, generally 61.8% IACS (International Annealed Copper Standard).
Aluminum wire is widely used in various electrical equipment, such as motors, transformers, solenoid valves, and household appliances, due to its lighter weight, lower cost, and good conductivity.
Types of Enameled Aluminium Winding Wire
155C Modified Polyester Enameled Aluminum Wire
Modified polyester resin has better performance compared to ordinary polyester resin, such as higher heat resistance, stronger mechanical strength, better electrical insulation performance, and better chemical stability. These characteristics enable modified polyester aluminum enameled wires to exhibit higher reliability and longer service life in various electrical applications, especially in demanding environments.
155C Polyurethane Enameled Aluminum Wire
The insulation layer of this product is made of polyurethane (PU), which is a high-performance polymer material. Polyurethane enameled wire paint also has the following characteristics: 1. Direct solderability: It can be directly soldered without the need to remove the insulation layer in advance, simplifying the manufacturing process of electronic components or motor windings 2. Color diversity: Different color options such as brown and red are available for easy identification and differentiation of different circuits or windings.
180C Polyesterimide Enameled Aluminum Wire
Polyesterimide Aluminum enameled wire refers to aluminum electromagnetic wires that use polyimide as an insulation coating material. Generally, the heat resistance level can reach 180 ℃ or above, and it is particularly suitable for electrical equipment and electronic components that work in high temperature environments for a long time. This type of enameled wire combines the advantages of aluminum conductors and polyester-imide paint films, and has specific application areas and performance characteristics.
200C Polyamide-imide Enameled Aluminum Wire
Polyamide-imide enameled aluminum wire rated for 200°C is a high-performance magnet wire designed for applications requiring excellent thermal stability, chemical resistance, and mechanical durability. This type of wire combines the lightweight properties of aluminum with the robust insulation provided by polyamide-imide, making it an ideal choice for various demanding applications.
Advantages of aluminum enameled wire:
Cost effectiveness: Aluminum is relatively cheaper than copper, so using aluminum as a conductor for aluminium winding wire has a significant cost advantage
Lightweight: Aluminum has a lower density than copper, and under the same current carrying capacity, aluminum enameled wire is lighter in weight
Technological progress: With the improvement of surface treatment technology and insulation paint formula, the electrical and mechanical properties of modern aluminum enameled wires have been greatly improved, especially when combined with high-performance insulation paint to replace copper enameled wires within a certain range.
Application exploration:
The motor industry and transformer industry
electronic devices: Especially in compact designs, lightweight aluminum enameled wires are beneficial for optimizing spatial layout.
New energy fields: In the new energy industries such as electric vehicles, wind power, and photovoltaics, enameled magnet wire and aluminum enameled wires are widely used in power transmission links such as motor drives and battery management systems due to their lightweight and low-cost characteristics.
