PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

G800CNC is a 6-axis CNC tooth roller, and the 6 CNC axes are:

A-knife rack Angle adjustment motion, B-hob spindle rotation, C-bench rotary motion, X-radial feed motion, Y-tangential feed motion, and Z-axial feed motion. Each CNC motor shaft of the machine tool is driven by an independent AC servo motor, and uses the "electronic gear box (EGB)" to achieve differential motion and differential compensation.

A-axis: the AC servo motor is used to realize the automatic adjustment

of the knife rack angle, which is automatically performed by the CNC system.

B: direct drive motor and automatic monitoring and alarm device.

C-axis: the workbench is directly driven by a direct-drive motor to achieve high-precision separation.

X-axis: adopts the AC servo motor through the precision ball wire rod auxiliary with preload, and the wire rod support shaft adopts the high precision and high rigid combination bearing.The guide rail adopts a large cross-section square hard rail structure.

Z axis: adopts AC servo motor through the precision ball wire rod auxiliary with preload, and the wire rod support shaft adopts high precision and high rigid combination bearing.The guide rail adopts a square hard rail structure.

Y-axis: The AC servo motor is used to realize the hob with precision ball rod with preload to ensure uniform wear, improve tool life and reduce the cost of equipment.
