In May 2010, while preparing water balloons for a family birthday party, one spouse said to the other, "I can't stand filling these things...I would gladly PAY someone to do this for me!" In that moment, the idea for Wet Will-E Water Balloons was born. Since then, we have developed into a family business providing quality, FILLED water balloons delivered right to your door.

We are a locally-run, but inter-state family business with an altruistic bent. While our initial goal is to provide quality pre-filled water balloons to our customers for any and all events they host, we are also passionate about giving back to our local and global communities.

We currently delivery to Northern Illinois/Southern Wisconsin, Houston Texas, and Dallas Texas.
