The US Cachaca Trade Council was established in 2005 to represent Brazilian Cachaca suppliers, manufacturers and exporters in the US market place. Over the pats two years, the US CTC has helped dozens of Cachaca brands enter the US market place and created brand awareness of Cachaca to the US consumer.

The US CTC is also proavtive in working with the World Trade Organization to make sure that only true Brazilian Cachaca is imported into the US market place.
