In 1989 in Raxa,Trikala, the Tsililis vine growing, winery and distillery was founded. Tsililis family, in parallel with the production and standardization of tsipouro, also created varietals grape spirits aged and a small number of limited production wines. Tsipouro with anise and without, grape spirits, wines
