Sullivans Cove Single Malt Tasmanian Whisky

Double distilled and bottled by the Tasmania Distillery at Cambridge, this single malt whisky is created from 100% Tasmanian grown barley and pure rainforest water from the Mt Wellington Range, then matured in selected oak barrels. With an emphasis on quality rather than quantity only 120 barrels a year are produced.

It has taken 8 years to get this far but Sullivans Cove whiskies have become Australia? S most internationally awarded single malt whisky. It is with time and a lot of patience that the small but dedicated team at the distillery have achieved awards and accolades that have rated Sullivans Cove in the top 1% of the worlds single malt whiskies.

With this success Sullivans Cove whiskies are now attracting interest and orders from importers and distributors in Europe, Scandinavia, the UK, Canada, Singapore and New Zealand. The distillery is now exporting more bottles overseas than it sells in Australia and will continue to aim for the highest end of the whisky market.
