High Purity Turbo Yeast is an active dried alcohol yeast combined with a complete nutrient complex, designed to produce super clean spirit alcohol from fermentation up to 15% ABV.

This is a specialist, low congener yeast strain which confers minimal fusel oils or other flavour-causing fermentation by-products. This Turbo Yeast can be used to ferment any fermentable sugar-based feedstock, but works best when using refined sugar substrates such as sucrose, glucose or enzymatically-converted grain.
