The designations indicate an understanding of today’s new home buyers as well as important elements of new home contracts, new home financing options and considerations, residential construction materials, methods and terminology, blueprint reading, residential building site design and topography, and more. He is also a professional real estate photographer (www.SierraRealEstatePhotography.com) who has photographed hundreds of homes and commercial properties, assisting home owners and other Real Estate professionals in successfully marketing their properties. Beth is a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP), a Texas Veterans Land Board specialist, a Serviceman’s Civil Relief Act (SCRA) specialist, a Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and holds a Military and Veterans Housing Certification (MVHC). Beth is also President of the local chapter of Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP) which is a non-profit 501(c)(3) and HUD-approved housing counseling organization dedicated to increasing sustainable homeownership, financial-literacy education, VA loan awareness, and economic opportunity for the active-military and veteran communities.
