L80 13Cr Steel Pipe

L80 13Cr Steel Pipe is used in the hardened and tempered condition. It is used extensively on completion equipment for structural and pressure containing members, in standard and CO2 environments. pH, chlorides, temperature and H2S can limit its use in other environments.

Size range:

1. Outside Diameter: 1.05-20 inch

2. Wall Thickness: 2.87-22.22 mm

3. Length: as you required

Chemical composition:

C: 0.15-0.22

Si: 1.00 MAX

Mn: 0.25-1.00

P: 0.02 MAX

S: 0.01 MAX

Cr: 12.0-14.0

Quenched and Tempered properties:

Yield Strength: 80,000-95,000 psi

Tensile Strength: 95,000 psi minimum

Quad Hardness: 22 HRC maximum (through wall) or as specified.

Elongation: 15% minimum in either 1.40 inches or 2.00 inches.

CVN Impacts: per API 5CT
