SCAME plants are specifically designed and studied case by case in order to satisfy customer requirements, and are built according to latest building technologies.
They can be equipped with several optional devices depending on user needs and provided with dedicated auxiliary devices for treatments to be executed.
All plants are built according to European norms in force and the insulating material used is environment friendly.

BRAZING LINE:
Conveyor belt continuous-type furnaces are used for annealing and brazing of ferrous components. This machinery is designed to execute several kinds of treatments and in particular:
-Brazing with copper for all automotive industry components, parts and pipes in mild steel
-Brazing of hydraulic and earthworking machines piping
-Annealing of high speed steel bushings used in flexible piping
-Brazing of components for refrigerators and boilers manufacturing
-Annealing of pipes before bending
-Brazing of components in moulded plate for many uses.
CARBO LINE:
Heat treatment plants that are designed to execute hardening, tempering, cementation, and carbonitriding of metallic pieces in several manufacturing branches.
Many models are available, and particularly:
-Hardening lines with oil quenching and temper furnace for bolts and other die cast material like springs or forks with an hourly production from 50 to 300 kg/h
-Tempering lines with melted salts tank from 100 to 250 kg/h
INOX LINE:
Furnaces that are realized for stainless steels treatment, divided in two main branches:
-Continuous-type furnaces with conveyor belt and nitrogen-hydrogen controlled atmosphere in flat execution for passage height up to 100 mm
-Continuous-type furnaces with conveyor belt and nitrogen-hydrogen controlled atmosphere in inclined execution for passage height over 100 mm
In both cases the max. working temperature is 1120°C, the insulating ceramic fibre is ecologic and they have inside the heating zone the metallic muffle used to contain the controlled atmosphere.
The plants are used for the annealing of stainless steel components of AISI 300 series, from anaconda wrinkled pipes to containers for ice cream or fryers; for AISI 420 and 440 series knife blades hardening; for brazing of automotive components or heat exchangers with either copper or nickel-chrome soldering alloys.
SINTERING LINE:
Furnaces for metallic powders sintering process, built according to latest evolution of technology in this field.
They are used for bushing production, for automotive parts manufacturing and for all applications in which sintering process is important for production costs.
The plants are designed with a metallic muffle containing the controlled atmosphere and a pre-chamber for reverb-type elimination of waxes and stearates contained in pieces to treat. The pre-chamber uses, during the treatment, the latent endogas heat allowing extremely reduced consumption.
STATIC LINE
STATIC LINE series includes a wide range of plants, and in particular:
-Compact line for hardening quenching heat treatment for dies made of an austenization furnace, a tank containing quenching oil, a dripping roll bench and a tempering furnace
-Pit furnaces for quenching, carburizing and carbonitriding of parts and shafts in endogas controlled atmosphere produced by nitrogen-methanol with added methane/propane and ammonia
-Mobile muffle furnaces for rivets annealing and Armco 0 iron treatment for electromechanical industry, with supports to contain loading baskets
-Static and/or step furnaces for welding electrodes drying with forced ventilation
-Static or pit furnaces for metallic material tempering
-Chariot furnaces for stress relieving
-Static furnaces for varnish baking on glass or crystal.
