SBMA Subic Bay International Mining Corporation was formerly engage in construction development project and in importing Heavy Equipment Machineries and Vehicle, converting right hand drive vehicle to left hand drive vehicle, exporting agro-industrial equipment, motor vehicle, passenger van, equipment supplies and spare parts from Japan and serve as a transshipment point in the Philippines. Business proponent has a thorough adept experience and skills in the business of importing construction equipment and heavy equipment machinery importation under the support of Sunlift Shoji Co. Ltd., Japan, as the Mother Company.

In the year 2008 the company was relocated in SBMA Subic Gateway District, Subic Bay Freeport Zone. The site where the company was located was a former U.S. Naval Base of the United States Government and just recently it was turned into a Freeport Economic Zone by the Philippine Government. Under the Board Resolution No. 05-12 Series of 2007 as approved by majority of its board of director in the recent year, it was resolved further in opening an extension office in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga and in Manila for its on-going construction development project and other related projects. Presently the company has an Operating Agreement with the different mining company around the Philippines, in the Zambales Region, Cagayan Valley, Pangasinan, Bicol Region, Rizal, Quirino Province, and Surigao Province where the different kind of mineral ore were located.
