We make wine vinegar in the traditional Orleans method using small French oak barrels. We make a high quality wine without additives. The wine is placed in French oak barrels where it slowly converts to vinegar. It is then aged for three years before being hand bottled. The vinegar is unfiltered, unpasteurized and completely natural. It has a fruity taste and an intoxicating bouquet. We are sold throughout western Canada in small retail food stores, restaurant brokers and chain food stores. Our vinegar is used by many of the top restaurants in Western Canada, especially Southern Alberta.
