The water-base and friendly environmental silkscreen studio is equipped to produce high quality and handmade prints on textiles and papers. We also offer workshops and studio rental access for artists and graphic designers. Printa Silkscreen studio operates inside of a conceptual space, in which besides the studio, also has a gallery, a design shop and a café. Printa is located in the old Jews quarter - the 7th district of Budapest. The shop offers selected design everyday-use items, clothing, accessories and home furnishings with an emphases on printed and also recycled objects. Every 2 months a new exhibition is featured in the gallery and from those art works, a series of limited prints are produced in the silkscreen studio into, cushions, t-shirts, aprons and sold in the shop. Printa gallery is dedicated to presenting contemporary serigraphs, drawings, graphics and urban art.
