With a business background including operating a lingerie retail store in Pakistan, a custom made bridal outfitter in England, and working in high fashion boutiques in Canada, Linda Li Gibbs together with her China-based cousin started working with leggings several years ago by exporting high quality product to the Japanese market.

Realizing the North American market was not being supplied with quality fashion leggings, especially any designed for winter, she founded Petite Chou–Canada in 2009 to design, manufacture and import leggings for the Canadian market. Her leggings brand, FUN, is manufactured in China to her specifications on machinery made in Italy and Germany.

FUN Leggings were first distributed across Canada in the 2010-2011 winter season.

Petite FUN leggings for kids were introduced for the 2011-2012 winter season.
