I am an accomplished Residential Designer who has been practicing architecture for more than twenty five years. I am from Connecticut, I moved to Charleston, South Carolina in 1990 where I have managed and designed residential projects from design through construction for other architects and design build firms. In 2007 Paul Setti and Associates was formed.

I design Custom Homes, Beach Houses, Additions, Renovations, Historical Preservation and Renovation. I provide Planning and Consultation services also. In Charleston and its surrounding areas like Daniel Island, Sullivans Island, Mt. Pleasant, Isle of Palms, Kiawah Island and Folly Beach.
