Founded by mucahit ongor in1973, onmetal started to serve for casting market with improving itself day by day and tracking new technologies.

Between 1973-1993 years, onmetal was a producer for big firms in automotive, construction and machine markets. After 1993 onmetal totally begun to produce heating systems.

Today onmetal is settled in ikitelli organised industry area with 10000 m2 open and 6500 m2 closed base.

Foundry

Elements of pig iron and spherical pig iron from 200 gr to 350 KG can be produced in foundry. With, anually 5000 tons of casting capacity, ovens and with cold box, hot box, shell

Core production is occured. By using special alloys and with flexible casting technique high heat transfer and maximum endurance for heat extension can be produced.

Modelling

The wooden, araldite and metal models and their core cases are produced by onmetal.

For producing models cnc machines are used in factory.

Production process

After casting boiler sections, the sections passes form hydrolic and pnomatic tests. Then they are worked up in cnc machines. After last tests products are ready for sell.

Quality control

In all levels of production the products are observed with qualitycontrol systems. Laboratuary has all machines for tests.

Onmetal firm who has ISO 9001, CE, gosst and tse certificates works on inventing and developingnew products.

Marketing

% 90 of the production from 20 kw to 1000kw range, pressure burner and atmospheric burner boilers are exported to other countries.

This products are exported to Greece, Bulgaria, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Chile, mexika, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Pakistan, azerbaijcan, kazakhstan. In Russia and Ukraine the goods are marketed by agents.
