Oemar International was established in 1987 as a Delaware Corporation in the USA as Oemar INC. Subsequently the name changed to Oemar International.

On the System Engineering Oemar has work to develop Systems for the US Government such as part of the team in the IRS Modernization, Department Of Homeland Security, Medicare/Medicaid etc.

Oemar also has presence in Saudi Arabia on general trading.
