Started in 1994 by Jim Hett, Leo's Smoked Salmon has been good wholesome food everyone instantly loves. We strive to be the best at smoking salmon. Leo's Smoked Salmon has a very distinct flavor that is rich and filling. Great with crackers, or to make a dip.

Joining the Leo's Team for 2012 will be Brian Thompson. Brian's background has various skills that will ensure Leo's is running at full strength and the quality of our Salmon. Brian hopes to expand the operation to make products more available to our customers.
